Thirty years ago this month, the host of Celtic Connections, Bryan Kelso Crow, was first exposed to a lot of the bands and musicians who are now a regular part of the program when he ended up at the final day of the legendary Lisdoonvarna music festival in County Clare. This week's program features some of the performers who were there that year, including The Chieftains, De Danann, Stockton's Wing, Paul Brady, and Micho Russell.

Northern Irish ballad singer Len Graham stopped by our studio recently for an interview about his recordings of the past several decades, which will be featured in this week's program.
